because BBQ in sunshine is too mainstream~

well... that was interesting... at home nursing my battlewounds from torrential rain gridiron lolol. Luckily i brought a change of clothes and socks. but. no. underwear. FUUUUUU. i can't believe we had a bbq and managed to cook meat in this weather i still can't believe it hahah, we're crazy and amazing at the same time. Although we had to bail when it started to literally bucket down on us and escape to the shelters. ALSO thank you for those 15+ texts sent to me in the morning asking whether i was up or yet. Im sorry guise i had phone on silent at 8 because i knew you guys were going to spam me int he morning and i needed my sleep :) i already woke up like 4hrs earlier today bahaha.

It's amazing how there are some people who go to parramatta park when it's literally pouring, like this one man who was shirtless and wading through an overflooded river. (Oh wait that includes us) lololol.
SO highlights.
- attempting to bbq in torrential rain (and successfully cooking a good portion of our meat purchase)
- attempting to cook egg in torrential rain and having massive mosquito fly into it ruinig our meal
- eating raw eggs as dares (because we had so many left over)
- playing gridiron and other full contact sport in torrential rain so much so that the rain was able to get even into my 0.7cm eyes so i couldn't see properly.
- experienced getting absolutely drenched for the first time
- crossing a flooded dam bridge (which we had to wade through)- we ended up reaching parra much faster :)
- walking into westfield barefoot
- looking like a retard holding a towel (one of the few towels that were bought and of much helpfulness) and soaked from the bottom- i brought a shirt and pants to change into later ^^
- having around 20 people turn up to a picnic/bbq in the pouring rain
- proving my mother wrong who kept making fun of attending a bbq on a day like this.
dislikes:
- not getting to eat meat because i was too busy helping cook.
 but wasnt really hungry anyway because of the adrenaline hehe.
- wasted food (i brought home the fish tofu though yayyy haha)
- having overload of matches and playing with fire and oil spray to ignite things >:)

but most importantly THIS WAS DEFS AN EXPERIENCE, and also whilst you are enjoying yourself i just have to say I REGRET NOTHING :D and im not sick either mwahhaha.

 ~using le paper towels to wipe down the bbq- having gotten pelted with rain for a good few minutes we decide to bail shortly after :)
