so today during 5minutes reading time as i was flipping the advanced english paper i was thinking in my head please dont specify a speech for mod b please dont specify please dont specify please dont specify. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW luck is on my side once again "make detailed reference to Bandler's faith, hope and reconciliation" WHY THANK YOU board of studies specify the only speech out of the 7 that i was most uncomfortable with. whatever two years of HSC english is over (still have extension lol)
FACKKK.
oh yeah and i swear the questions were a lot harder than pervious year papers, for example previous year was something like how do conflicting perspectives present unique and evocative insights, and ours was like divergent viewpoints, human attitudes and behaviours. ANd for mod A previous years was something generic and straight forward directly referring to context and values. THis year did not mention major terms from the rubric, textual form killed me. So not sure whether i answered the question or missed it. FAH there goes band 6 hope :C:C:C
SO adv eng students who mix up your and you're i just wonder, do they do that in exams?... because then that wouldnt be a 'sophisticated use of the english language' and if not... do they do it because they're lazy... it's just one letter. Okay i dont know why it annoys me LOL.

HAHAHAH YEAH everyone was complaining about that specific question, tbh, board of studies does state that you should know every text but i believe it is quite bs and a disadvantage as some people would of actually analysed that text while others know it briefly
expecting us to know 7 texts in depth is crazy man, considering all the other modules specify 2 which are going to be tested...
hahahahha, btw are you going btown tomorrow??
Yeah probably i'll come after my economics paper at like 1 or 2. Talk to you about it on facebook after 12am (since i dont want to get kicked in the balls and pay $50 LOL)
