New years eve 2012

well today is new years eve, it's been a pretty hectic and busy year, but i have to say definitely one of the most memorable high school years. Not having a big outing like last year since people are overseas and all, just a small gathering of friends for dinner and fireworks at the city. Followed by some wandering out and about into the early hours of the morning. Modest but meaningful to mark an EVEN bigger year ahead :)

an interesting experience.

Few days ago i went to a park with the parents known as the 'matchmaking park'. What's so special about this park? well i kid you not it's where parents go on weekends to meet other parents to find dates for their sons/daughters. LOLONLY IN CHINA. It was like this massive section in the park with middle aged men and women. This is how it works you walk around and along the side there are parents kneeling down with a profile of their daughter/son including age, height, background, a picture of them and their weight LOOOOLLLL. THen theres the less privatised version, where there are stands put up inside are clotheslines and pegged on them are profiles of singles. If a parent is interested (note i said parent) they'll ask the other parents for the daughter/son's phone number/ contact details to give to their kid. Okay it's pretty sad if you have to get your parents to find you a girlfriend/boyfriend but i guess it's normal here :L
 ^It's like a festivallol
^anyone need a chinese fob girlfriend? Bahahah

Gday welcome home

ngawww how cute is sydney airport. Great weather, blue skies, great beef, clean air im home babyyyyyy. This feels nice, just chillin in a shirt and shorts in 25 degree australian weather hah sure feels like home, ive been away for way too long. First thing i realised: there arent any people walking on streets, in asia people are jsut everrrywhere. Now that i'm home, what do i do now, i dont even know where to begin my life hahaa guess after new years, i'll be turning over a new leaf! (inb4 gets rejected by unsw in main round offers). I still have all my HSC memorabilia just floating around my room but really can't be bothered cleaning it up and i still have frankenstein, hiroshima and various assortment of hsc books in all the nooks and crannies in my room. AND OH MY GOD HOWI HAVE MISSED THIS FREE MEDIA, freely able to traverse the wonderful word of social networking sites i.e. blogger and facebook omg.

So yesterday when i was still in china i saw a beggar but she was young like a 20 year old female, broke my heart, i gave her 10 yuan :CC Also talking to my grandparents these last 2 months have really come to make me realise how much i respect old people. Grandma was telling me about her experiences in world war 2 and the japanese invasion, how she had to hide under desks when japanese planes bombed the city (i mean can you imagine that). SHe told me how afraid she was since she was just a little primary school girl. Me being a modern history student even more so appreciates listening to the knowledge of my elders, those who actually LIVED through the war and saw the world in a different light really interests me. Also I was looking at wedding photos of my grandparents and wow wtf happened to me my grandpas eyes were massive LOL

So yeah screw boxing day sales, ive bought everything i need for uni now :) now to stock up my wardrobe, i still have yet to unpack my suitcase haha. Oh and you see the pink bag and black backpack, yeah they're full of souvenirs so plz take them LOL they were so heavy T_T

Travel cards from hk,taiwan, china. SO EFFICIENT just one swipe of the card wherever you go and that octopus card you can even use at 7/11 and supermarkets to buy food from. Then theres sydney... we dont even haev a metro LOL. Overseas the trains come every minute you dont even need to bother worrying about a timetable or having tripview. But you can instantly tell which one is communist china's LOL. dat lack of style aesthetic.
Gotta say the taiwanese are vibrant with their colours, cant believe i just got off from a pink train, also got off a hello kitty one. Strangely demasculating but have to say still better than shittyrail LOL.

ahah everyone's busy now days looking for jobs, volunteering out and about ready for adult uni life! I know someone who's going to switzerland for a year shes having a going away beach party in january, it's nice how everyones becoming independent and stepping out into the real world, but also kindof sad how everyone's going their separate ways, doing their own things. I'm beginning to feel like it's time to be independent, to step it up, time to get out there and experience life! Major changes to come in my new 2013 new years resolutions (8 speaking of which im going to see my 2012 resolutions and see if i fulfulled any of them LOL.

It's been a long time- merry christmas!

Okay dont get me wrong i had SO MUCH TO BLOG, but because of my dodgy vpn Im only able to blog now and if i was to blog everything that has happened in the last 17 days i'd be here for days LOL

so i was pretty much scared for a month and as the uac page was loading for that split second it felt as though the butterflies would explode from my stomach LOL but i guess i did okay, good isn't really about what atar you get because not EVERYONE can get 98,99 or even 90+ for that matter but as long as you can get into the course you like it's all good :) my friend got 97.4 but his course is 92 so props to him! better to be safe than sorry right? haha as for me including bonus points i have a fairly good chance of getting into economics/arts at unsw next year, seeing as the cutoff was 94.3 last year and with bonus points my ranking is 94.85 for the course this year, if all goes well i'll hopefully get in /crossing all fingers and praying to all gods. BUt my course was 91.3 three years so demand is getting higher aiishhhhhh. Really sucks because my hsc exam marks were all quite a bit higher than my school mark, reallyyyyy should've worked harder at my ranks, oh well whats done is done and at least i managed to scrape a band 6 and into the distinguished achievers LOOOOOOL. Kindofsad how jsut like that everything high school is over, now just have to wait for the offers in the main round on 16th jan!

Merry Christmas Guys! Can't believe it was christmas eve today! doesn't feel very christmassy for me though, probably because it's not 35+ degrees here it's like -2 LOL. I know i know christmas is meant to be cold but i've grown accustomed to christmas time occurring during the searing heat of 40 degree days in Australia. ALso no decorated houses, no lights, no santa clauses only some shitty christmas tree in peoples square and shopping centre employees wearing very UNcute reindeer ears and santa hats AHHA. Off to my uncles house with the large extended family for christmas diner tonight! should be good :)

WELL GUYS GUESS WHO'S COMING BACK TO THE MOTHERLAND SOON, YEAHHHHH BOOYYYYY (yes thats right me- 9am 28th december (Y)). Can't wait to rip off the heavy coats and jackets for singlet shorts and thongs HEH havent actually experienced summer yet. Okay THis'll probably be my last post overseas, i've had a pretty great 2months in china/taiwan/hk it's felt long and short at the same time, but it does feel like it's time to go haha (mainly because it's a bitch to blog properly in china LOL) this has been the longest time ive ever been overseas in my life 1/6th of a year! see all of you guys realllllll soon (8
I'm excited, A NEW LIFE WAITS FOR ME BACK HOME, things to do:
- obtain license
- obtain job
- clean up everything hsc related
- seriously pick up table tennis/ badminton
- volunteering

So im kindof still signed into girraween high school, what happens if i never come back to school to sign out LOL. /foreverahighschoolstudent

Hualien

Isn't it weird how other people think in a language other than English... I just tried thinking to myself in shanghainese weird man hah. I have never seen this many block fringes and short shorts in my life, and it's like winter here. Heh my kindof place ;D I'm in hualien right now only 100k population yet it feels a lot more populated and frenzied than Sydney. And also Taipei has a smaller population than Sydney but everywhere is packed whereas we only reall have like George street... Every street is a George street here in Asia haha l. Going to the gorge and river trekking tomorrow should be funnn, there are so many cute Asian accessories everywhere here, the stores are like morning glory x10 so much variety and one every like 100m, fob Asian girls would go crazy here hhahha. Less than 2 weeks till atars omfgomfgomfg

Greetings from Taiwan!

Arrived in Taiwan today land of jay chou, show luo, elva hsiao, ruby Lin, ariel lin, joe Chen, Kimberley Chen and many many great dramas hehehe. Everything looks like the set of a Taiwanese drama it's cool yeaaaaah. Have only been here for a few hours but I'm liking it, A ALOT less packed than in hong kong. Everything is so cheap here as usual, street fashion is amazing here fuarrr just shopping in the night markets soooo many things to eat. I had oyster pancakes, stinky tofu, fried egg pancake, seafood soup for dinner today wehfuwfhwrfwrgv.i have pictures but can't upload from iPad :/ Weather isn't great and also a gay man tried to pick me up in his store and kept recommending pants that he thought 'would look good on me' ended up buying a belt and he said I love you as I left the store, tad scared after he kept checking out my pants shoes and talking in chinglish to me. Mmmm Daniel aren't you great at attracting either gay men or old grandmas lolllolol.

Everyone is so skinny here, seriously. And the cake faces are abundant hereabouts so are short shorts and macros...

But in other news, recently had a dream involving modern history hsc results, when I received the paper (yes I know there is no hard copy, but hey it's a dream)  opened the first page and bam 13/20 and I remember the comments being something like "failed to answer the question and show adequate knowledge" and for my strongest subject aswell. Then in the same night I got my atar and it turned out to be 70, if I legit get 70 atar i think i'll hang myself. I woke up in a cold sweat lolll, okay what have I become getting nightmares about hsc results >.> Anyone else? Lol nah guess its just me rofl. But iguess it is playing on my subconscious... Arghhh I'm on holidays == fml, but pressure and expectations from family and relatives aiigoooooo it's getting to me...

Hot summer! except not.

So i googled the weather for sydney and blacktown today just for the kicks and saw that it was 42 degrees... wasnt sure if srs or typo, but then mulitple friends confirmed it on msn. 42 degrees... are you guys like melting back at home ahha 42 degrees is like too hot for the beach, too hot for anything... Imagine if we had to do our exams in 42 degree heat (don't know about oyur school but girra has no aircon in the exam hall). Well between sydney and here there a 32 degree difference, I HAVENT EXPERIENCED HOT SUMMER DAYS YET GODAMNIT it's 10 degrees and raining here....

My grandpa got admitted to hospital, his high bloodpressure has gone out of control lately so that a major low, but i've been trying to visit him as much as possible when i have time, on another note the hospital looks exactly like a shot from scrubs LOLL. But in my various walks in china i've noticed many many useless jobs, probably because labour is cheap here. These include (names appropriated):
- elevator button presser (it involves staying in an elevator the entire day pressing level buttons for visitors, found mostly in high end hotels and hospitals)
- supermarket welcomer (a woman has a microphone attached to her and repeats "huang yi guang ling" meaning 'welcome' to every single person who enters the supermarket)
- most retail jobs where the number of employees exceeds the number of customers within the shopping centre.

GUYS i am thinning due to the lack of good red meat here in china. FML my arms are legit like sticks now i have lost all the (little) muscle tone from work outs and tennis. i'm going to look like a toothpick in a singlet when i come back to australia :(((

Isn't it weird to think that people still have school at this very moment.... feels like my high school education has ended LOOOOOONG ago

Back on the mainland- exploring shanghaiii

Hey guys so I'm back from hong kong and i've noticed many things different. For one everything is so salty and i swear my mother can cook better than most of the restaurants/ ALso people don;t like up here, like you know how you line up in a store to buy something... Wel here it's kind of a mob fighting to throw out their money. ALso on the trains people don't wait for you to get out first, you pretty much have to fight your way out. There was an elderly man who nearly fell trying to get off the metro the other day... oh god, doesnt look like im painting a very good image of china am i LOL.
^ "lining" up for red bean sticky rice pudding

THen yesterday I visited the bund inshanghai and my parents showed me the exact spot that they first met each other and went on their first date almost 40 years ago. WE also walked along the river that my parents spent a lot of their time together as young lovers. SOlid family history learning here hehhh (8 so you see guys the photo of these steps arent jsut any steps they're very meaningful steps :P it was jsut along the street of my mums house, and then I think of my own street lollollol how lame and unromantic :L then my mum was pointing out the old building and significance of it all in their childhood and we walked along a river where my parents had their first kiss. Kinda romantic but kinda tmi and ew at the same time LOL I culd see my parents were getting a bitttt tooo melancholic there ahaha.

Yes the two rubbish bins are not very romantic i know, but hey at least they're a couple, symbolic of my parents? maybe not hahaha

Oh yeah and I also met my nephew. The child of my cousin (I was flowerboy for his wedding in china 5years ago). His name is sun something something yu so i just call him yu yu or "xiao yu" LOL. I told him to smile and this is what he gave me.

Troll from a young age, /notsureifiapproveornot. WELL ANYWHO THIS IS WHAT HE GETS THE WHOLE WORLD SHALL SEE HIS FACE. I think i've become his personal punching bag now.... he charges at me and headbutts me in the crotch... because his head is like at crotch level, yes because you all needed to know that. (im sure you did)

And also hong kong has a lot more porn magazines and videos just lying in street stalls whereas you dont really find them in shanghai (not that i go looking for them or anything >.>) LOL. ANd to conclude this rather lengthy and content heavy post i shall express my concern and difficulty of ordering at chinese restaurants as an english only reader in this picture that explains all.

Fashion here is so good! QAQ haven't seen a pair of Nike tn's anywhere in ages yayaya 8) I have photos to blog but cant figure out how to upload using iPad :( but yeah today is my last day in hong kong, hong kong is soo cool sfjudshfshivsshhdvdsjhf it's like Australia with all the coolness of Asian culture wouldn't mind staying here heh. Also I went to hong kong university omg it"s literally 10x bigger than usyd and surrounded by forests... Also I like th uniform here! The Chinese school uniforms look like track suits whereas the uniforms here resemble our uniforms, except the girls have more diverse styles and wear these cute little tie/bow things(8 even though tbh even the seniors look like they're in year 7 looool and ffs amount of couples here are ridiculous I know I keep saying this but literally everywhere I just saw 6 couples in a row making out coming down the escalators. High schoolers uni students and 80 year old retired people... The diversity here, but nowhere to divert my eyes from the mushiness lol. And the fooood everything is so cheap because everything is tax free I had a deep fried pig intestine on a stick, hot chips with cheddar cheese sauce, roast goose, star fruit fruit smoothie, dragon fruit drink etc etc. and the local Asian supermarket is has x10 variety of tong li...

Life's good.
Inb4 shit atar. I'm actually worried, one months time I may not be so happy arggh. W/e

Greetings from Hong kong!

So just spend a while walking around central in Kowloon hong kong, and there are soooooooo many couples making out near the harbour. The record of couples that I counts in a row was 9.... And here I am a forever alone foreign tourist. Walked past the walk of fame with all these famous hk stars, none of which I have heard of lol. But yeah the lights the architecture the girls are a lot better than in china keekeke and another thing, everyone is so short here LOL. But omfg I love this uncensored Internet and direct YouTube, blogger, facebook access, YOU GUYS TAKE IT FO GRANTED I TELLYOU!   Then I ate roast duck for dinner next to a mushy couple who were so into each other and were clearly full but continued to order bowls of lettuce to feed each other with =='

Strolling, shopping, yum cha and sight seeing tomorrow!
Feels great to leave the parents for a while..
Photos coming soon :) I LIKE HONG KONG heheh :D

Greetings from Shanghai!

I AM 10000KM AWAY FROM MY SOCIAL LIFE WOOOOOOO watsup.
OMGGGGGGGGGGGG FINALLY GOT THIS TO WORK mother of god, suffering from major blogger withdraws. I had a lot to blog about as soon as i got here 10 days ago but i only managed to get onto this today, SO this will be an extremely condensed post about my life,  just a little of my observations and revelations during my travels so far.

First meals in shanghai yeeee

WELLLLLLL i've already spent 3 days in shanghai and 8 days in Beijing.
- No one smiles here, when i got off the plane at shanghai everyone was just so cold like WHY SO SSERRRIOUSSS comrades?!?! Also on beijing tour when we were in our little mini golf carts i did an experiment and turns out only 1 in 6 people wave back to you when you wave at them. and about 1 in 10 smile at you. I reckon if it was in AUstralia it'd be more like 9 in 10. I'm really appreciating and understanding the cultural differences here.
- I feel like my life is in danger whenever i cross a street in china. Regardless of zebra crossings or green walking man lights cars, buses and trucks zoom weave in and around pedestrians. I admire local girls who as it appeared to my untrained eyes seemingly nonchalantly walks into the middle of ongoing traffic on a busy highway. Imagine someone walking calmly across the great western highway whilst listening to music and talking on her phone. Whereas i was shatting my pants wondering when to cross the road and ended up running across the road and receiving wtf looks from everyone. /firstworldproblems
- Then in beijing there was this good-looking chick while i was walking with the family in a shopping centre and i was checking her out (as you do) and then she started picking her nose and we established awkward eye contact. I proceeded to avert my eyes for the sake of herself and myself only to see that she continued to pick her nose and did a flicking motion. Evidently the awkwardness was not a mutual feeling. meh noregrets LOL. except i'm kind of sad because i prided myself in being someone who does not feel any awkwardness yet i was defeated in an instant in the land of china :(
- EVERYONE wears uniforms here from the checkout chick to the security guards to the cleaners. Like seriously imagine ANY service that exists in china and some type of uniform will be involved.
- People think I'm retarded because they don't understand that just because i look chinese doesn't mean i can speak mandarin. One even asked my dad if i went to school or if i can speak english. /feelsbadman. But to be honest i'm really enjoying it here more than the last time i came here 5 years ago when i couldn't understand a word of mandarin. Now i can understand maybe 50%... i even had a nice conversation with an 18 year old who was at a foot massage parlour that we went to. We were both reflecting on our forever aloneness LOOL (and just for the record he to was wearing a uniform). They were actually doing some weird synchronised exercise with flags in their fluro yellow, I gangnam styled in between them and around them, turns out trolls aren't really appreciated here :(
- Also the ascent and descent of a plane is beautiful. Especially seeing a city so high up that it looks like a massive lego set and then eventually descending to it's own level and feeling like an ant.
- haven't used my brain in almost 2 weeks, can feel it turning to mush...
- And that is all i can think of at the moment oh yeah and on a side note, i also went to the great wall, temple of heaven, chengde, tianjing, tianamen square, birds nest stadium, the forbidden palace and saw some shaolin monks break metal using their heads (pree sure it was grey foam, seeing as bits of 'metal' floated down the stage LOL), meh was okay. ANd now enjoy some dodgy photos which shall explain all...
yeeee feels like I'm in an ancient drama. (This actually was the place that palace was filmed, this place was meant for women only oooft). Also... so.many.people.everywhere.
Taking selfies in 0 degree weather on the great wall like a bosss. Also evidently the rain doesn't stop tourists LOL.
Some village, some park with snow and frozen lake. I like the last picture a lot, not bad for iPod touch camera quality huh, should really bring another camera but w.e
Cannot get over these squat toilets. This was the only one i could find that was semi clean. ANd next to it are my long road trip snacks FINALLY GREEN TEA POCKY. So cheap that sausage and pocky together cost me like $1.50 aud.

I also don't see the point in having these moving escalator things on the floors of airports. It's actually slower than walking... I also don't understand western models in chinese advertisements. My 80 year old grandpa looks better than this guy. legit. 70 year old pedo man doesn't do it for me sorry.

P.S. I have a lot more photos but they aren't that great haaha, have to say the scenery here is pretty amazing. hope class of 2012 enjoyed their formal today (Y) :) I was really looking forward to the after party aswell but oh well looks like i'll just have to go twice as hard on nye ahahh.

Alright guys hope you're having fun, until next time :)

China + Korea!

Blogging from Australia for the last time until 2 months!
brb inhaling the precious non polluted fresh aussie air LOLOLOL.
Alrighties im off to the land of no blogger/facebook/youtube/phone until the 27th of December So this means blog posts will be very infrequent or cease to exist at all unless i'm able to somehow get onto blogger in China. I might be on skype (daaniieellll)/ msn every so often so contact me through thereeee.
To my year 12 buddays hope everything goes well and I'm sure you'll achieve your goal atars and you can tell me alllll about it when i return :D gl to the chemistriessss and VA i'll be chillin in China while you're doing your exams ;D I WILL RETURN AND I EXPECT TO BE PARTYING HARD SO DON"T GET ALL PARTIED OUT ON ME KTHNXBYE.

Oh noes how am i going to survive without being able to express my thoughts onto here like i have since year 10 :(:( i might purchase a vpn or something fah. /chinaproblems. Seriously it's so damn unnacceptable the internet MEANS that it is able to be accessed by anyone anywhere. China you just have one massive intranet. I can't believe i ahve to download all my favourite shows because "foreign media" sites in china are blocked like srs. ALso another thing my cousin is disabled and unable to walk it's bullshit how because of his body he can't get an education or even go out of his apartment much because there arent any elevators or ramps installed in his apartment. BUUTTT i will be visiting him (Y) since hes known me since i was born, literally. K hopefully i dont see snsd in korea because if i do, i may just faint right then and there on the street hahaha

ANyways 2 months with my parents.... 2 months without seeing any of my friends.... I don't know how i'll survive. Well guys im going to be gangnam styling down nanjing road in shanghai because THAT is how dedicated i am LOOOL.

Shall see you guys sooooon, appreciating the farewell conversations hahah (Y)

I was hoping to keep a travel journal on this blog but considering it's blocked in china if im not able to find an alternative i'll blog on my tumblr as a last resort. (: stay tuned guuisseeee :)

Paranormal activity 4

was shit. Weak plotline, untied ends, poor horror scenes, uneventful and boring. To actually be scared by this you've got to be like age 10 or someshit, although not even the kid behind me was probably age 10 and  he was laughing at the people dying. Only slightly exciting bit was maybe the last minute, at least things happen but it was just some overused generic zombie scene. 2/10 don't watch this plz i want my $16 back. First horror that i've watched in probably more than a year, disappoint.

SO now that HSC is over my dad gave me a pep talk about girls and also on me being too thin and need to work out... LOL what a troll

Trackwork today i had to take a train from central to strathfield, then bus from strathfield to parramatta, then train (which was delayed 10minutes) from parramatta to blacktown. THen paulswarehouse on george street was closed today so no new chucks, bummmerrrrrr. Still managed to chillax until 5:40 or something, but hey i have nothing else to do at home anyway ;D

should start packing nowwww.

I hate when people start a conversation with me and take 10minutes to respond meanwhile i've already forgot what the hell we were talking about. If you don't want to commit to the conversation dont start one. I can even accept 5minutes it's all good but if it's going to be 10 15minute response at least say ttyl or brb or someshit. Then i respond instantaneously making me look like a bored sad person and again wait 10minutes for you to respond :/....pet peeves.

7/7- the end

As i exit the exam hall for the last time i have an irresistible spontaneous urge to gangnam style and that I did simply because I CAN. As i walk through the schools frolicking in the grassyfields i release that it will be the last time i will ever walk through the well trodden muddy path winding from the top of the school which i have become oh so accustomed to. The weather seemingly perfect, mild and cooling breeze prickling the nerves of my face as i stare into the cloudy fragmented sunny blue hue of the sky above me, I feel a massive weight metaphorically and physically has been lifted off my shoulders seemingly as if nature has come to celebrate with me. Meanwhile the ironic pangs of nature calling serves to remind me of the effects of a 3 hour exam on my body while i embark on the fruitless yet desperate search for a school toilet which remains unlocked after 5pm. /ends this tone

Why i am blogging at this time you ask, because i can and because i can sleep in and because i don't have any nagging school related commitments at the back of my head! so why the hell not (: WEll today perhaps even more than graduation i feel like it really was well and truly the end the of uniform, the end of school exams, the end of... being a member of Girraween High School. I probably feel more attached than other because i've only ever been in two educational institutions in my life, blacktown south public school and Girraween high school.

^this. So i was so happy with joy that i gangnam styled into my front door past my dad into the kitchen to my mother and received a what the fuck is wrong with my son look LOLOLLO but idccccc because i was just so happy. ANd i realised that at this precise moment my mother is unable to nag to me about 'wasting my time' or  telling me to do work somewhich which she's pretty much been doing for my entire life since kindergarten LOOOL i made this fact quite clear to her and she assured me not to worry because once uni starts she would start the nagging again (she actually said that lol)

As for uniform well this really was the last time of 13 years of uniform wearing, I've taken it for granted because im pretty sure i'll miss it in uni and having to think about what to wear. But i'd say i've had a good run reppin the black and yellow over the years. And it looks pretty good if i do say so myself ;D hahah but for now it shall be permanently stored in my wardrobe. THe Varsity seems like a waste though since the quality and material is still pretty good, might wear it at home haha. Gosh while i was waiting at the busstop (for the bus that never came) i was telling my friend how it was unbelievable how we have actually like actually reached the end, pretty deceiving how fasts time goes. THen i was like next thing you know another 13 years will fly by and we'll be married with kids and he backed away and told me not to think that far hahahahha, still along way to go!

As for the legal studies exam, i honestly dont really care now since it's over and the entire HSC is over. Nothing too challenging or unheard of during the test, the 15 marker for crime was a bitch challenging and not particularly flexible but yeah whatever. Was pretty scared for multiple choice, i found the first five challenging but rest hopefully went okay. I think i've had a generally chilled, laid back and non stressed approach towards my HSC, i can't help it i cant become one of those crazy 10hr a day hardcore students. I won't get as high atar as them but hey, that's just me :D anyways my atar is now pretty much predetermined! an whether i get into my course or not is up to fate now and I'll found out on the 19th, pree scary since all i can do now is wait! Saw a classmate on facebook say that he accidently brought hope his HUman Rights short answer inside his question booklet. Amidst his swearing and raging (which is to be expected) i really do feel sorry for him, sometimes luck isn't on your side, like during my english advanced exan... Not really friends with him but i hope everything gets sorted for him

well it's time to move on kids! if you think about it HSC is only the beginning you really only had to worry about your studies as a high school student, but now you have to worry about a job, uni, future, relationships, MONEY shit gets real guys but let the good times rollllll!

I'm off to my first post hsc outing tomorrow, the first outing (excluding library) that i've had for MONTHS. It'll probably be my last for a while until i come back to australia, but just glad to chill and hang out after a well deserved HSC run before i head off for china/korea on monday~~

Friday, November 2, 2012

well i have a mission, a mission to complete my HSC, and that mission will be completed at 5pm today. Hugs will be given, tears of joy will be shed, school ground will be kissed. Lol just kidding, except for the maybe the last part TROLOLOL. And i will be FREE from the claws of my HSC girflriend who has continually raped me over during my whole year 12 life. I'm strangely calm, i think the butterflies effect in my stomach died down by the second week of hsc LOL.

October

It's halloween today.... and also cyclone sandy.... Man life of a hsc student..., i feel so disjointed from the world, not aware of anything happening these dayssss.

I told my mom that i work out. she laughed.

ALso it is the last day of october...already. my blog has had a good run this month broke the 2k views/month milestone ;D ahahah keep up that stalking guiseeee, funny how got more views during the period where everyone should be the most busy :D nice procrastination guys. UNless you think reading my blog is somewhat therapeutic, in which case i would be honoured teehee.

6/7- nearing the end

nearing the end
seeing the light at the end of the tunnel
one more to go
couldn't have come at a more opportune time i got a good amount of sleep last night but still woke up with a pounding headache. Came home and i'm so tired right now. Lucky i dont have an exam tomorrow or then i legit would get a  band 2 or something LOL. I think modern kiled me just felt so lethargic and barely studied for english extension.

BUT CHYEAAAAA NO MORE QUOTE TECHNIQE EFFECT, NO MORE PARADIGMNS, VALUE SYSTEMS, COLD WAR ANXIETY WOOTWOOT.

I really have got to stop spending money on food when i go out. Costing me so much a dollar here and there actually adds up to a lot...

Hopefully i feel refreshed and can concentrate on studying for my last exam tomorrow.

5/7- Modern history

This post is dedicated to my best HSC subject, MODERN HISTORY yes i will definitely miss learning about cold war, hitler, world war 1 and maybe even leni Riefenstahl. My teacher was engaging and dedicated probably one of the best teachers i've had for any subject. My classmates have been really supportive and although I'm not an excellent modern student the competition from my peers has encouraged me and it's just been an enjoyable 2 years- GOOD SENSE OF BELONGING maybe it's because we have a relatively small yet high performing cohort. It's also made me a lot closer to people whom i wouldn't really talk to. Fuar going to really miss it /wipes away melancholic tear LOLOLOL. I think i might do a history based arts degree in uni options options. And with that i'm going to stack away my modern history notes for the last time and revise extension english. FML my worst subject tomorrow, going to be a lot more nervous today than my calm state for modern LOL.

Overall modern was not too easy not too hard nothing too unexpected. I swear im feeling more confident now not sure if it's a good thing or bad thing... usually when i say i do okay i get a shit mark :( Or maybe I'm just prepared now hmm. If only i could apply my modern work ethic to my other subjects :/ COUld be just me but i think when you're actually in hsc period it's less stressful and intense then i thought it would be back in my junior years LOL.

5/7 two more until the end. On friday i am going to kiss the ground in joy as soon as i exit that exam hall. GOing to gangnam style out of the school gates into my bed and sleep 5eva.

I just realise that I haven't gone out in SOOOOOOOO long, but i don't really notice it and it's ironic because i see my friends more often now because we all go to the library to study. Good times will roll sooooon- after my 7 weeks in china :/

Saturday, October 27, 2012

Weather was so good today, yes i do exit the house... only to go to the library LOL except it must be magpie breeding season or some shit was walking calmly listening to my music when some loud as clicking noise happened above me head. I thought i dropped my phone or something, then when i was walking up the pathway a massive magpie just flew right at my head... making loud clicking noises. Dumb birds :(

Also window's only users trying to use my mac :'D

4/7

Multiple choice was hard for once godamnit. HOWEVER my ancient history teacher is a genius! he kept enforcing "unpredictability" and threw in a historian interpretations question in the trial which i got gg'd for, but then i redid it and handed it in a practice essay, AND THEY ASKED THE EXACT SAME QUESTION THIS YEAR WAHAHAHAA. The thing about ancient is that it's really content based not hard, so the things i knew i knew well but they can pretty much test you ANYTHING. I did a past paper and i couldnt answer the 10 marker because I simply forgot to revise that section, can't even make up bullshit. 2 years of ancient history i have to say you were one of the most tedious subjects and really can't say that i'll miss you. 2 years of sparta, pompeii, rome and tiberius Gracchus was troubling to get through without having the desire to sleep. What i will miss however is the infamous amount of printouts that we'd get from Mr S every lesson. I think our hsc class probably killed many many trees for our education LOL.
And just for the kicks here are some of the notes/handouts that i laid out on my floor (there are bits and pieces all around my room):
Question is, what do i do with these now LOL, brb starting bon fire. Or does someone want my 2012 hsc ancient history cambridge checkpoints book for some strange reason haha. It cost me 30 bucks man >.> worth it, i survived on it's wonderfully summarised notes throughout my whole hsc heh. WELL my recycling bin is going to be full tonight... seems like such a waste aiyahhhh maybe i'll hold onto it for now.... wishful thinking ;D

OH yeah and plutarch i wish i could travel back in time and kiss you because you have single handedly  allowed me to survive HSC ancient history. You, who wrote about 3/4 topics we study in such great depth that i can arbitrarily throw your name here and there and receive marks. Because if someone wrote about a topic in rome, greece, sparta or Tiberius PLUTARCH would have. I knew he was a famous historian before i did ancient, hell even his books are still sold today but now I really have a much greater appreciation of this great man! /fullhomo (Y)(Y)

Also i dont like our presiding supervisor shes so mean >:( whenever i ask a question she's always like "oh so you didnt listen did you?" well i find it difficult to pay attention to anything after i've jsut completely an intensive 3 hour exam and especially since i have to hold in my piss because it takes ages for the supervisors to reach me and collect my papers and also when you're blasting out instructions which just go through one ear and pass through the other.

Also WHY DO I ALWAYS GET THE DODGIEST SQUEAKIEST UNEVEN TABLES I SWEAR. 4/4 exams so far have been completed by me on the shittiest most uneven tables, pisses me off i swear.

Troll friend changed laptop background to bluewaffle, almost died. Attempting to change it back discreetly in the public library LOL

I FINISH IN EXACTLY ONE WEEK YEEEEE BOIIIIIIIIII. mkay one week minus 1hr but one week from now going to be so happy. And yesterday while getting my towel for the shower i was remembering some good modern lessons and then it hit me i wont ever be sitting in another high school classroom learning things, EVER. wow.

Aspirations

My body automatically wakes for like 10 seconds before going back to sleep every single day. And everyday at EXACTLY 9:05am isn't that weird? WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO TELL ME SUPERNATURAL FORCE?!? is something important or life changing going to happen at 9:05 soon or something LOL.

Just spreading the news around, I taxxed this off A.B. it's a post by a year 11 guy on the BOS website.

"For selective schools, from what I've heard:

Ruse 2012 is crazy good, easily should be 1st.

Fort St 2012 is not too great, pretty poor cohort.

Penrith 2012 is a very strong cohort, best in a few years.

Baulko 2012 is very poor, some say that they might even drop to 5th-ish.

Sydney Tech 2012 - the top is absolutely nuts (especially maths), on average, not sure.

Girraween 2012 is poor compared to the previous year, especially English."

Since everyone is doing this:
3/7 exams completed.

Ancient tomorrow, hoping for generic questions! BUt apparently the emphasis is on "unpredictability" this year. So should be prepared for anything.

FUAH talking about post hsc plans and things to do, made an entire list SO EXCITED the possibilities are endlessssss. Let the good times rolllll. Some of these are:
- apply for volunteering
- run a marathon
- get my license
- exercise and get toned LOL
- get a job
- learn an instrument
- play competitive tennis/table tennis
- go on road trips with friends
- get a girlfriend (jokes) lol but not really have a $20 bet going with a friend LOLOLLOL

not to mention nye parties, camping, swimming, skiing, paintball, colorrun, hard mudder? hahah ZOMG SO EXCITED frothing at the mouth from the possibilities.
But first of all must overcome this massive boulder called the HSC and clearly need a source of income to finance these burdens HAHA. I don't even know how to write a proper resume fml such a noob :(

Tuesday, October 23, 2012

i just woke up... whut is wrong with me, setting alarm tomorrow. So due to lack of tennis/table tennise/ general running around i've developed a regular hsc exercise routine which i do every day, keeps me healthy and feeling good! and i see I'm not the only one LOL you have people doing pilates, yoga, gong to the gym going for runs, and hte people that oyu least expect. BUT YEAH it may just be me but i think my stomach is becoming more flat now WOOOO LOL.

Monday, October 22, 2012

So promised to give a friend(?) not a friend, classmate my calculator after my economics exam. But i forgot so me being a man of my word i woke up at 8:30am and travelled all the way to school even though i didnt have an exam to give it to him. NOW THAT is dedication, for me anyway considering i wake up at 11am+ normally, but yeah i wished them good luck. Apparently it was an easy test so.... (Y)

WTF is with this weather it was freaking freeeeeeeeeezing today almost died at the trainstation my varsity was like useless against the wind wtff... Essay on political revolution and finalised notes on the core study for ancient completed today (Y). content.

seems like we've been in the hsc exam period for ages now but it's literally just been one week, one week ago we would've just done our belonging module... not sure if time is going by quickly or slowly...

Reading article on tourism, thinks about how tourism will result in an increase demand for Australian dollars and recorded as a credit in the current account. whats wrong with me LOL. FML must uneconomise my mind. Now back to 2000 year old economies of pompeii and herculaneum- economies of scale existed back then aswell (: just saying heh. ancient history you're killing meeeee. Well i have nothing interesting to blog about, well this is new hahahah. Hope everyone is studying hard i'm kinda losing focus and relaxing myself a bitttt too much :S

Good luck 2u 3u 4u maths this coming week!

economics wasnt so bad compared to my trials. inb4 i fail

So i went to library today and on the way home i dropped by the newly opened breadtop. I HATE HOW WHEN NEW STORES OPEN I CANT REMEMBER WHAT THE STORE IT REPLACED WHAT FUH. but yeah not a fan tbh, normal asian bakeries have the exact same things at like half the price and I can't taste much difference tbh. But i guess it's close and easily accessible and i wont have to walk all the way to G&L supermarket on the opposite side of the train station LOL.

its the 19th of october which means in exactly 2 months time i'll either be extremely happy or extremely sad LOLL OMG on this day in 2 months im going ot be so nervous and anxious D:D:D:

WTF BOS

so today during 5minutes reading time as i was flipping the advanced english paper i was thinking in my head please dont specify a speech for mod b please dont specify please dont specify please dont specify. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW luck is on my side once again "make detailed reference to Bandler's faith, hope and reconciliation" WHY THANK YOU board of studies specify the only speech out of the 7 that i was most uncomfortable with. whatever two years of HSC english is over (still have extension lol)

FACKKK.

oh yeah and i swear the questions were a lot harder than pervious year papers, for example previous year was something like how do conflicting perspectives present unique and evocative insights, and ours was like divergent viewpoints, human attitudes and behaviours. ANd for mod A previous years was something generic and straight forward directly referring to context and values. THis year did not mention major terms from the rubric, textual form killed me. So not sure whether i answered the question or missed it. FAH there goes band 6 hope :C:C:C

SO adv eng students who mix up your and you're i just wonder, do they do that in exams?... because then that wouldnt be a 'sophisticated use of the english language' and if not... do they do it because they're lazy... it's just one letter. Okay i dont know why it annoys me LOL.

Tuesday, October 16, 2012

welp i just realised tomorrow will be the last time i see my entire grade as one cohort. Good luck girra 2012, may the odds be forever in your favour now and in the future. LOLOLLOL

one hour left

legit hyperventilating right now fuuarrrrrr. I was reading the HSC rules and procedures booklet in the morning today and it said "on the first day of the english examination students must be at school at 9am" I ALMOST SHAT MYSELF LIKE HOLY SHIT. then i texted/called couple of friends and they calmed me down and said not to worry since they were at home themselves.

Okay going to do last pre examination piss and bowel emptying. Butterflies, but once we get into the exam completing rhythm should be all good. asufhawheuawheaweawheahwe exam finishes at 4, shall update this post when i come home.

edit: time to burn belonging AOS notes wooooooo. guys its true i've gained hsc weight now peaking at 62kg lololol. And yup 2 hours went flying past, i really only get into the groove of fast paced essay writing with the last 30 or so minutes... my hand is sore already. alright time for economics and advanced english. after economics on thursday i'll have 8 days until my next exam hehehe but i'll definitely need it since im pretty much only really prepared for economics and english LOL.

Sunday, October 14, 2012

so my mother left the paper on our dinner table today..
"get a good boost" "increase focus" hahahaha wtf, let's not get any ideas guys. Its like running 100m with performance enhancing drugs! you don't do itttttt. remember to take care of health these coming 4 weeks guys, stress isnt good for the mind or body (nor are drugs for that matter) (:

and with that i shall continue eating my bowl of rice lol.

P.S. enjoying all the text message good lucks + support (Y)(Y)(Y)

Beginning of the end

So was on the boredofstudies websiteandi saw they had a timer counting down the hours minutes and seconds to the HSC, DAMNIT DON'T DO THAT it only added to my anxiety and rising stress levels so i closed it ASAP loollol.

You know nerves are getting to you when you look up the meanings of 'metaphor' and 'personal pronoun' because you forgot what they meant LOOLLOL.

One sleep left~ Tomorrow marks the beginning of the end of our hsc journey. Good luck to all my blog readers and i'll see (some) of you in the exam hall ahahha. If you think about it our whole high school education pretty much leads up to this moment! I hope you all achieve your goal atars which you've worked so hard for!

also AOS= 45 marks Modules= 60 marks but both given 2hours to complete... As a paper i just prefer to do AOS because it's not so intensive since theres reading task short answer, creative and an analytical essay. Modules are just three analytical essays, idk i feel more pressure when doing paper 2...

A bad day for buses

SLight rants ahead
Today was such a bad day for buses.
SO i catch the bus from near my home to blacktown and everyday im there on time and the bus is ALWAYS late by at least 5-10 minutes. So today i was thinking no rush since the bus always comes late, as I'm walking through the park at exactly 12:07 on the dot the bus zooms past me. BIGGEST FML MOMENT FREAKING afhasfhaswe and i was thinking it my head knowing my luck the bus will probably come early or on time today.

And then on the way home today i was really tired listening to music and i caught the wrong bus instead of my normal bus. It was the FIRST time in MY LIFE that i've caught the wrong bus at my stop fuuar. SO then ihad to get off early and walk the rest...

My parents really piss me off sometimes, asian parents always have to blame blame blame the kid in order to establish their own form of superiority or some shit. Like they always say shit that really annoys me, today i came home late because i was studying at the library and i wasnt looking at time and they ring me and tell me to stop wasting time outside and how i was meant to come home at 6 but im so stupid because i forgot to call them and i'm so stupid because i caught the wrong bus and FACK it's so annoying. I know they dont mean it because they arent angry or anything, it's almost like the chinese culture and it's only their form of worrying about me, but it annoys me someitmes

Wednesday, October 10, 2012

SO library was pretty much packed today, ended up walking around the top floor looking for a spot like a douche lol. In the end i just went to the computer table and worked there.

watching fated to love you- audhauwgeasfagsfawf it's so good, WHY DO NICE GUYS ALWAYS FINISH LAST IN DRAMAS, the girl always goes guy who's the biggest prick >.< I wish i had someone to rave about dramas/shows to :(:( it used to be my sister before she left for china. Anyone want to be my drama buddy? heheheh :3

p.s. deliberately not mentioning hsc because i wish to keep my moods high ^_^ even though it's dauntingly close. I met my friend of FIFTEEN YEARS today at the library, he was one of my first friends ever i remember riding little bicycles with him and having 'sleep time' on those dodgy mats in pre- school hahaha. Talk about good old days. It's great how we can still connect and just talk even though our lives have gone completely in different paths, and even if i only see him once a year i'm still able to talk to him without any awkwardness. I guess thats what you get for knowing someone since you were like 2 haha

Monday, October 8, 2012

Was in dominos playing gangnam style on my ipod then i took my earphones out but it was still playing, then i realised it was the dominos background music hehe made me slighty happy..

Had a good day at parra library today just catching up with friends, havent talked to ma frundzzz in agessss. But yeah pretty much no work got completed. Kinda weird how at like 4 o clock we were like ahhh people in uniform, the school kids must have just finished school. WE WERE ONCE ONE OF YOUUUUU hahaha.

My friend did a quick anime drawing of me when we were all procrastinating hurhur. Does it look like me? I think the eyes are a bit too big to look like me :L BUt the clothing and the stuff on the table is all pretty accurate (Y)

I did pretty much nothing today besides catching up with some friends but im like dead tired...

Things i miss:
- table tennis
- tennis
- gangnam style
- friends
- School!

Fany :'D and also i think she did well considering her vocals aren't suited for such songs.

ALSO she's so cute :'D will never forget seeing her at kpop music fest heheh.

Haven't gone out much so i've just been spending all my money on food LOL. not sure if a good thing or bad thing.
mkay so you guys may find this weird but i was watching a drama and there was a scene when a pregnant lady was giving birth and the main had to deliver the baby (pretty funny scene, but thats not the point). So then they were mentioning 'contractions' and 'water breaking' and like stages of labour and shit so being the curious child that i am, i decided to google what all these terms mean. Stories of pain and graphic wikipedia images later, all i can say is LOLOLOLOL glad i will never have to give birth. Conceiving someone into this world requires so much... pain.... I may finally understand now when my mother semi jokingly says that she wouldn't have minded if she had just died whilst in the process of giving birth to me. And apparently she almost did since the painkillers didn't work or something, not really clear on the details nor do i intent to be lol. ALl i know is that this world has been made more beautiful through my birth LOLJOKES HAHA. Have I scared you future mothers? although you guys would probably know this already or paid attention during science. I still remember miss killen showing my innocent year 9 eyes along with my innocent peers' eyes a graphically real pregnancy video. i will never forget miss killen i will never forget, oh and you just happen to be our year adviser who left for penrith! Speaking of her actually, i forgot to mention that her speech at our graduation assembly was very moving!

I seem to have random accumulation of thoughts and opinions about the strangest things during the late night....

Also had a really great reminiscent chat with my old old primary school buddy and our adventures in handball and 44 home base. ANd just little primary experiences, which looking in hindsight was really great had a good 30minutes of laughing about how we used to be so competitive in handball and how we switched from yu gi oh phase to beyblade phase to crashgear phase etc etc. Ah the innocence and simple life of a primary school student, something we'll never be able to return to yet something that really didnt seem all that long ago.

WIll finish the pregnancy scene in my drama and go to sleep bAHAHAH. I really don't do work at home.

edit: MOTHER OF GOD FATED TO LOVE YOU, MUST YOU SHOW THE BLOOD RESIDUE ON HER LEGS.

that is all.

/spends 3hours studying at blacktown library- /wastes 2 hours eating lunch and wandering around westpoint with a friend

/spends 5minutes studying at home- /wastes 2 hours on wikipedia reading about bonnie and clyde :/ it's actually really sweet and kinda romantic how they were partners in crime and both lovers and ended up dying in each others arms after being ambushed by police. It's like the best romance crime story. YEAHHH this all came about because i was reading in the paper how "bonnie and clyde's handguns sold for $500k at an AMerican auction" so then i was like who's bonnie and clyde :O If you look at the wikipedia photo they're criminals with so much class  ahahah.

8 days...

oh god hate this daylight savings because when i sleep at 3 it'll actually be 4 am and when i wake up at like 12 it'll be 1pm fuuuahh, shall sleep at 1 today.

Wednesday, October 3, 2012

I HAVE FINALLY FINISHED SUMMARISING MY MODERN NOTES FOR THE ENTIRE HSC COURSE FUUUUUUAHHHHHHHHHHH. that is all.

Edit: yeah apparently that wasnt all lol. I severely overestimate my ability to do work in a 4hour period, i planned to finish both my economics and modern notes but only managed to do half of that... so i always feel as though im not being productive, but i just guess thats just my capacity. I was playing "wet the bed" at dinner today and i noticed just how inappropriate the lyrics to the song are especially over the dinner table lolollol lucky my parents don't really understand the innuendos, Mum: "what a stupid song why would anyone want to wet the bed"...... yeahhhhhhh -continues to enjoy the song- lololol

urggghhh i can feel the summer coming, hate summer clothing because
1. forced to wear shorts and reveal my skinny chick legs >.> although fanks puberty for growing hair on them now lolllool
2. I like t-shirts but then again singlets are a lot cooler but then i'd seem like im trying to copy the vans, snapback, low singlet, denim shorts swag filo fashion. Which doesn't suit me at all.
3. I find thongs to be uncomfortable but too hot to wear high tops/cons and sandals....yeah thats just a given.
4. lack of option

/firstworldskinnypersoninsecureproblems

back to economics and english.

Late night spontaneous stream of consciousness

Has it ever occurred to you that all this hard work, probably more than 100k written notes/ practice essays etc etc will be absolutely and utterly worthless and useless to you in a month when hsc finishes...  I guess it's why people have hsc book burning and bonfires, but if it were me since i've mostly typed everything up with digital copies the best i could do is burn my usb and somehow i get the impression that that is somewhat lacking in impact, although i could throw my entire det laptop on a bonfire... hmmmm although i think that would breach the "dispose of safely" precaution on the back haha. Also i do consider it a souvenir of the higher school certificate entrenched within it is my hsc journey my ups, my downs my successes, my failures my tears of pain and joy and therefore such a meaningful destruction I'd rather wish not to partake in. Although hsc stuff is pretty much useless I- being like you am a wishful thinker and couldn't bear the thought of destroying my precious work, like my sister for example still has stacks and stacks of (2003) hsc textbooks piled in her storage never to see the light of the world again. BUt she had reason to be a wishful thinker considering she thought I may eventually use 10 year old outdated textbooks when grade 3 daniel becomes a year 12 high school student, well that never eventuated and her books remain forever sheathed in the darkness of her dusty cupboard. BUT NO, I for one do not even have the luxury of such logical reasoning, but wishful thinking continues to inadvertently pervade the human condition. ANd plus usb's are reusable so the best i could do is highlight everything and press delete LOLOLOL well isn't THAT fulfilling. But yeah I don't know why but such a notion moderately irritates me in the back of my mind, because in actuality, everything learnt now is pretty much... useless? Like is it only a pathway by which we enter uni to continue our studies, studies that will actually land us jobs? or you could say learning this provides us the basis of what we need to know about the world to be basic functioning, thinking human beings. hm. I'm analysing my own thought processes...lolwhut.

aaaaaaaaaand im procrastinating, clearly. lol.

Cookie addiction- lolwhut

aaaaand det laptop issue solved, good economics study completed at the library today and ready to divulge in yet another drama "fated to love you"wooooo, daniel is happy today. But whenever i go to the library i need to "take breaks" which involves me walking around or going to buy something, every time i go i spend like $10 on food :CC i really should pack my own lunch or something. WHY DO I GET HUNGRY SO EASILY, damn this metabolism.

Speaking of food do you guys have comfort study food or like food you eat whilst studying. I'M ADDICTED TO THESE GODAMNIT.

SO GOOOD FUUHHH it's like so chocolatey the entire cookie is like 50% chocolate. ALready consumed 3 packets by myself these holidays.... and spent so much money on these >.> damn you woolworths marketing put them in the front of the store on special for $2 why don't you. I actually bought them for school parties but then i went home and consumed the whole packet lololol and now here i am still buying them at full price :((( Man totally going to get fat by bingeing on these... OMG IM EATING THEM NOW AS IM TYPING THIS UP FML. Mkay im reading the health information on the side for the very first time.... uhm 5.1g sugars per 17g serving, wait wtf thats like a third of the entire cookie....is sugar.... is that even possible wtf...  well whatevs /yolo. I actually kinda hate that word now but...yolo.

Monday, October 1, 2012

First day of the HSC month

so i woke up just then, blew my nose, and all this blood came out for no reason.

Google self diagnosis: I have brain cancer. /imdying llololol

so labour day today which means a public holiday which means library is closed which means another unproductive day at home. AND MY STUPID DET LAPTOP, i turned it on yesterday just to see my study notes and apparently my version of windows is "unregistered" and not legitimate and i have to enter my windows code pin or whatever and i don't even have it, FML. Almost had a heart attack when i turned on my laptop and there was a black screen with none of my documents, then i saved everything asap. Man i really should've paid more attention to the step required for the transferal of ownership process for our laptops aisheuiawhegahfgywaew. Probably going to take some more time for me to get it sorted today T____T

Oh yeah and didn't really get to celebrate moon festival this year :( i always wanted to go to the night parade at chinatown haha and instead i was at home spending lovely time with my hsc girlfriend. MUST FINISH ECONOMICS NOTES AND SPAM PRACTICE PAPERS. Economics is my biggest worry fml so much boring content fuuuhhh.

Oh and i've been reading my friends blog and I see that it's not just me, my modern teacher has been sending requests for work to everyone hahah, i guess it's good he's applying some pressure on us while supporting us along the way. Few days ago he wrote a one line email to me "Daniel i need work- thats it simple message" CMONNNN SIR stop making me feel guilty >.< so then I wrote 3 in a couple of days, saved them up and sent them all at once and responded with "you wanted essays you got them :D" hurhurhur except he responded to all of them and gave miniessay feedback for each one on the same day.... Yeah actually really appreciate my teachers at girra and i love how we have this thing where everyone helps each other out during our final externals and our teachers supporting us along the whole way. I mean it's holidays for him and it's not like we're the last cohort hes going to teach, ahhhhh Mr R, never thought i'd say this but you will be missed :) But yeah aiming for 90+ raw in my externals something ive yet to breach in modern since my highest is 89... aishhh

I remember reading blogs from the years above when i was in year 11 and they were doing their hsc and i was like LOOLOLOLOL glad thats not me, and then nek minnit here i am in the exact position that they were in. And now im reading their lives as uni students (the ones who still blog that is) and I'm sure before i even knowit, that'll be me. Life is a scary thing hahah. I feel like Im in that awkward stage between child and adult, like i can feel the transformation I got a credit card the other day and i have a taxfile number and here i am applying for uni and before i know it ill have my drivers license and a proper job... When did time go by so fast huh, although time is pushing me along i dont exactly feel like moving on just yet, I don't even feel like I'm ready to move into the real world, it's daunting mkkayyyy. Feels like i'm finally growing up.
so october /plz let me get through this month smoothly.

p.s. this was meant to be a short one line post documenting my random nose bleed, and look what it turned into lmfao. THis is what i like about blogging sometimes i just start a post and just type and keep on typing and let everything flow onto this wonderful digital scaffold and adding my wisdom to the world. loljokes what wisdom.

Life update #9

daniel why are you up at 2:22am watching asian dramas aiiyaahhh, but in other news FINISHED WATCHING PROSECUTOR PRINCESS wooowoooo not that any of you guys would know what it is or have heard of it hahaha but yay good drama ^_^ made me smile, i realise i smile by myself during sweet moments in dramas which is actually kinda sad, because frm a third person perspective i.e my mother its just me fully absorbed on my laptop screen while smiling like a derp for no reason. WHATS THE SADDEST DRAMA YOU GUYS KNOW OF? ive never cried from any show before, ever so come at me :) eyes almost started watering at the end of gong and yongseo couple in wgm though hahahah.

Hey look its hte last day of september and the last hsc free month before a hectic october and november! I love how everyone is blogging about hsc and exams and future careers etc etc and here i am LOLOLLOL. Maybe its just my way to relieve the oncoming pressure and stress.... anyways daniel out (:

IT JUST DAWNED ON ME 2 WEEK UNTIL ADVANCED ENGLISH FREAKING HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE. fuck, mother of god. oh well at least i can concentrate on my studies now that my drama appetite has been satiated.

The Last Day #4 Graduation!

I FAILED GUYS I FAILED i told myself that i wouldn't cry and today was the first time in like 6 years loolol like i was watering up then one of my best mates came up to me with teary eyes then i lost it like niagra faills hahahah then we punched each other for being such pussies :P but it was all good when i saw this cute girl, my tear ducts responded and impediately cleared up LOLOLOL. My report was soso since i went up in my weaker subjects but went down in my better subjects... So we got clapped out after assembly at 11am today, basically it's a tradition where all the other grades line the exit way and clap as we exit the school, and me and my friend blasted gangnam style and gangnammed our way to the end of high school lololol LIKE BOSSESS (but then we went back to the beginning to say our proper goodbyes).

We stayed for a good 2 hours just taking photos saying our goodbyes and seeing everyone crying, it was sad but fun at the same time. THe girra class of 2012' oh how 6 years just fliessss by. Then i reentered the school to go toilet and find some people STRAIGHTAWAY felt like an outsider hahaha where everyone was in a different grade, LACK OF BELONGING LOLOL

the crewwww of six years (Y) we've stayed together for all these years, man my blazer was so small could barely move in it. Guy on the far right next to me= friends since kindergarten :P 13 years reppin mate. no one notice the awkward hovering plates of food :)
The last day as an official high school student :P
Roll call buddies since year 7, will miss you D':

Now to read the messages on my shirt and write up facebook farewell messages ashdaweuaeagsfafs. Inb4 more emotions loolol.
/the sad moment when my actual name is mentioned once on my entire shirt... oh well i guess everyone remembers me as 'wang' lawl and yes guys thank you for all the love and the many penises.

Grade Picnic day tomorrow time to find my supersoaker and wet all the bitchesss lollool. It's going to be the last time i see my grade as an entire cohort, man this week is going way too fast i don't think i can take any more sad days hahaha.. Better not rain tomorrow forecast says its temperature is going to be in the high 20s (Y).

see you all tomorrow class of 2012.

The Last Week #3 Talent Quest!

Anubhav was right the cola boys did make history props to them, they kindof stole the show though it didnt really feel like it was a celebration of the year 12s as a cohort more like just the cola boys but ehhh neon lights were just amazing. Our kpop performance was great after the 3 term effort, but I SCREWED UP GANGNAM STYLE omfg as if i could get the footing wrong fuuarrr such an amateur mistake i swear that was the ONLY TIME i screwed it up whhyyyy I think i got carried away by the crowd cheering for us fuuuuu. Oh well it still came together nicely and everyone was telling me that they were surprised how good it was (: Shubha's comedy routine was amazing (albeit a bit long) aswell for once we had everything, and if i do say so myself that was probably the best TQ of my 6 years of being at school :D although im probably biased lolllolol.
