Crisis averted ^^ all this tutorial homework CEEEEEEEEBBBSS, I'm so lazy >.< I spent the whole of yesterday playing LoL and chilling :(:( have to get my head in the game STARTING FROM TODAY.   Uni still seems surreal, the transition has been fast and relatively smooth, I thought it'd be like a sharp cliff face, but it's turned out to be more like a gentle incline. High school seems like so long ago, how'd i end up here already haha, but before you know it BAM aged 22 graduating from uni. I just hope by that time i would've gained a lot more worldly knowledge and wisdom (Y)

WHY DOES BUSINESS SOC CRUISE AND TAIWANESE SOC CRUISE HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME DAY. Do i go to the bsoc cruise with all my mates and potential future classmates and business students using a free ticket that I won at camp OR do i go to the taiwanese cruise with a ticket that I already bought and promised to go with a girl. T_______T brb applying cost benefit principle trololol, but seriously. Mates have given me mixed opinions :L

Do i even uni work? LOLNOPE

Daily woes of living in the west.
Joined filmsoc- can only attend half of the movie because a 2.5hr movie at 6pm makes it impractical to get home.
Gets home and eats dinner at 10:30- cannot be good for body according to basic high school health education :(:( and also eating at the dinner table alone :(
/needs more hours in the day

sleep in tomorrow yay, and by sleep in I mean not having to wake before 8am.........

freefood haul of the day:
food lovers soc- free sausage sandwich
bsoc welcome- free pizza and drink
quidditch soc- free food
filmsoc- free pizza, beer, soft drinks

(Y) good day good day indeed. Had a one hour lecture from 9-10 and ended up spending the whole day on campus. LOL

Uni would be amazballs if it was 15minutes away you can just rock up to uni for club/ social events anytime you want instead of planning like 3-4 hours beforehand it's just ridiculous. I had work from 9-12 today and uni starts at 2pm, the fact that the manager had to give me 2 hours between work and uni is just.... laughable. In reality uni hours are a lot less than school hours for me, but it just feels like SUCH a long day. Haven't even gotten assignments/hw yet don't even know how I'm going to juggle it all. Friend started his law tutes this week, and by the time he got home at 10pm he couldn't even be bothered to do his homework. So he didn't do his first ever homework.... great start to uni LOLOL.

Still have to buy textbooks waiting for the 1k govt assistance to roll in, I just can't afford them atm T_T. Using my brain more these two days than the last 3 months gg. My handwriting had just deteriorated into chicken scratch.

Lecture room! will have to get used to this setting/learning environment for the years to come. Law building is actually pretttty nice, had my stats lecture in there today, heard it can get pretty hardcore...

I hate girls who give weak/awkward/afraid to touch/germ paranoid handshakes. STAHPIT. Feels like im forcing you or some shiieeeee. WOuld be a chill day tomorrow if i didnt have to get up at fuggen 7am =='

Uni- the first day

Uni lecture virginity has been taken away (sorry to put it so harshly LOLOL). Well my first day consisted of four hours of lectures in a row. Didn't even have time to eat was blatantly nomming a chicken wing and sandwich during chinese lecture. All administrative, instructional stuff today nothing too serious, just glad that none of my lectures just happened to be cancelled or something. Although we did get right into learning chinese with the pinyin + basic characters. Pretty funny seeing an entire 170person lecture room chanting "bo, po, ne, le etc etc". ANd the four different tones of shi. hahah.

Went to moochi interview at strathfield got to the trial stage, found out I had no available times this week so had to do the trial today. Got told to come back on thursday at 3pm before subway work because it wasn't busy enough. Ty for wasting 30minutes of my time~ but its okay at least i got the basics right and I won't be a complete noob on thursday. The workings of moochi is a lot simpler than at subway woooooow a lot less things to handle. Pretty much just froyo machine then toppings- done. Add a smile here or there and you're good. HOPEFULLY I GET THE JOB AND ALL YOU UNSWers can visit me on campus wahahahhaha

Got home and ate dinner at 9, dat 4hour daily travel time, dat uni lyf. Work, then 2hr Economic and business stats lecture tomorrow aigoooo. How do I even have time for readings and pre tutorial plannings T_T well have to get used to this active lifestyle. Didn't meet/see any girra's today, just hung out with all the newbs, it's a good thing or then I would've been lonered hahaa. Guess this is uni, your close friends have other commitments so you make friends with whoever is with you at the time! :L
THink I'm coming down with a cold :(
What happens in microeconomics ECON1101 LOLOL

Last day of freedom

I went to the cuesports soc welcoming event yesterday at cityheroes. 1hr lesson for a heavily subsidised cost of $2 followed by free social pool from 2-4. TOOOOOO GOOOOOD. Learnt the basic proper stance for snooker, bridging and foot placement. Was good, you should join if you're a girl because 1. there are many guys 2. heavily discounted games 3. you get special treatment LLOL. For example the lessons that the group of 4 newb girls had went on for twice as long as ours. THen during social pool they got "free" training from one of the executives for another 2 hours, while surrounding them were 5 tables of guys who coincidently had no supervision whatsoever. lold. On another note L managed to create the worst possible 8ball game in history.
This was like a thirty minute game of not sinking anything, the game finished because my mate knocked the 8 ball with his hand- talk about nooooob :L

Was going to go mardi gras because yolo + already in city. But my dad had his man period and therefore i was not able to go, I came home early and he still raged at me for going out too much. woooooow. My mate wasn't going to go, nek minnit a girl we met at foam party tells him to go with her group, suddenly he is keen and told me to stay at the city when I was already on the train =='.  Stupid boys .

I didn't even realise that because I have business camp on friday I can't do my friday shift at subway. Thank god my sister reminded me, how bad of an impression would that be towards my manager shiiiieeee. Luckily I was able to swap shifts with my friend but manager still hasnt responded to me yet :/:/ GOes to show I'm still a kid such responsibilities don't even occur to me.

This is going to be a crazy first week: work, uni, bsoc camp, moochi interview, business peer mentoring, club/socs welcome events aiyahhh. Will have to actually prioritise my time now, this doesn't sit well with me, because when it comes to time I'm just the best at wasting it. Well time to change, time to turn over a new leaf and start afreshhh (pun intended). Good luck class of 2012 or shall I say uni freshmen 2013 :'D- embracceeee the freedom! and live a little!

O-week Day 4 & 5

IT'S MARCHHHH! the first month of universitty liffeee officially started /mixedemotions. Hope the March highschool -> uni transition goes smoothly (8

So a night of ice and fire (foam party): wellllll that was both the most enjoyable yet painful experience that I have come in contact with for a while. BUT I REGRET NOTHING from the intensive (not really) plan to infiltrate an 18+ only event to actually being able to attend the event albiet plagued by great paranoia and intensive id card swapping. And finally getting soaked to the bone and walking to maccas in the rain with soggy underwear and clothing. MCDONALDS HAS NEVER TASTED SO GOOD IN MY LIFE, everyone just bought a hunger deal and devoured it. All my under 18 mates were able to get in! (without other id) hurrr success never tastes so good unless there is difficulty to achieve it! And here is a timeline of photos to depict the epic journey
Trivia night IN the roundhouse where the foam party was to be held. We tried concentrating on the trivia but everyone else had other things on their minds :) T suggested we hide behind the bar for the next 2 hours until 6, which no one was keen to do.

Instead we retreat to the roundhouse toilets to devise our plans LOLLLOL we seriously contemplated just staying inside the toilets for 2 hours, but in the end decided not to.
Eventually came outside without drawing to much attention as subtly as a group of 5 guys wearing formal shirts and simultaneously exiting the deserted toilets can be. Surveyed the area and noted slightly ajar windows and possible entry ways. Discussed emergency plans which included completely irrational measures such as buying o week yellow shirts and dressing up or pretending to help and set up.
In the end we casually walked into the unibar cool and collected (since it connected to the trivia area) Remained there for a good hour until friends came and we began to blend within the crowd. THe last step was here the security came in to check ID's and give entry stamps on peoples' arms. O and I went into the toilets where he attempted to slip me his ID card the most subtle way possible, which ultimately failed considering the toilet was packkkeddd and then the security guard walked in half way... In the end a mate of mine said his stamp was really wet and just pressed it onto my arm.
And in the end the sweet taste of dishonourable victory can be enjoyed- strong uni life debut party/10. WOOOOOOOO it was such an amazing night got to know a lot more first year students atmosphere was greeeeeaaattttt! Stayed in that foam pit for a good 2hours with wrinkly hands and stinging eyes being the ultimate outcome. TOo many slimy slippery bodies around me the entire night hahahhaha. Music was shit to begin with, I don't really appreciate rock at clubs not enough bass to really get anyone going, after bounce came on the pace really picked up and the night turned into what I was expecting :D
To whoever has to clean this up biggest gg ever I swear, the floor was just littered with broken cups, bottles, foam, tissues, food. MY mate spilled a cup of beer and the carpet absorbed it into nothingness LMFAO i think that's what it's meant to do, hide the spills as much as possible. 2nd year students tell me it's pretty gross when it's not night time and you can see everything clearly. HAHA I like how we're like the cute first year noob students :) Everyone all night was jsut asking "oh are you first year? second year?". I found myself asking my mate if he thought so and so was a first year student like us or not :L

Okay biggest CSB post ever i know #feelsliketheultimatesneakyninjaman.

Shark slide and jelly wrestling during the dayyyyyy.

Maccas run at 2am in the morning then walked back to the uni in the pouring rain with two dodgy umbrellas shared between 4 guys. Just picture it, 4 foamy guys one with a towel on his head (me) attempting to warm himself because he only brought a t shirt, another with a stitched up foot all huddling under two black leaking umbrellas. We were just wondering how we were able to get ourselves into such a situation. Oh wait it's because O wanted to stay all night and camp at village green, except it was raining and we ended up going to red centre, med building, library and abs to seek shelter. A sad sight indeed LOL. soggy shoes and chaffing wet chinos nevar again I tell you.
And yeppp this is what we ended up with. (Y) First years represeenttttt. Trekking to the bus stop at 6am in the morning was just the worst, windy and raining and just generally unpleasant. I don't think i've felt as cold as I did yesterday for many MANY years. Damn troll unpredictable weather :/ I actually think we should've just stayed in the ASB all night, i mean WHO CARES IF STUDENTS COME. THen we could totaly just rock up for the last day of O-week. But whatevvss I heard the last day isn't that great anyways.

Although I'm tired i just hate the notion of taking naps or even just sleeping during the day. I'd rather just stay tired until night and sleep a bit earlier... Same with sleeping on public transport I jsut cannot fathom how you guys do it....

Can't believe I start uni OFFICIALLY after all these months on monday. I feel so unprepared my brain has turned to mush, WILL IT BE ABLE TO HANDLE LEARNING!??!? Oh and I also have an interview for moochi @ UNSW the same dayyyyy. Fingers crossed I get it, the pay is just sooo much better than subway. Got my roster today working tuesday mornings and thursday afternoons not too bad hahah just sucks  having to trek back and forth from uni to blacktown.

Man i've had so much fun this week O-week was boring at times but I still think it lived up to it's reputation (Y) definitely worth going to. Met so many people and caught up with old ones and uni hasn't even really started yet :) Like for example I met someone who followed my tumblr aggges ago hurrrrr before introducing our names she asked what my url was first hahahhahahhaahhahahah, too good made my night. Guess it wasn't too bad because I knew one of her friends. funfunfun.
